Sitecore form not appearing on sitecore form dashboard

I was trying to create form in sitecore forms. I created it, expected to be appeared in sitecore form dashboard, but sitecore forms not appearing in sitecore form dashboard.

I googled it and found serveral solutions, one them worked for me.

Goto Sitecore control panel => click index manager => check maste index => Click on rebuild

Just rebuild the master index and created form started showing in sitecore form dashboard.
